Acceptable Use

01About this policy

This policy applies when you use our website, submit information, join a live program, access a digital product or use materials supplied by NEO&. It forms part of our Terms of Use and, where relevant, our Terms of Sale.

02Using our website and systems

You must not attempt to access accounts, systems, data or administrative functions that are not made available to you; bypass or test security controls without written permission; introduce malicious code or disrupt the service; scrape or harvest content or personal data at scale; impersonate another person; or use the site for fraud, infringement or other unlawful activity.

03Live programs

Please protect the learning environment and the rights of other participants. Unless permission has been given, you must not record, photograph, stream or redistribute a session; share joining links or paid access; disclose another participant's confidential information; submit third-party material you are not authorized to use; or harass, threaten, discriminate against or deliberately disrupt participants or facilitators.

04Materials and digital products

Use course materials and digital products only within the license granted by the Terms of Sale or program rules. Unless expressly allowed, do not resell, sublicense, publish, upload to a public or shared repository, distribute outside the licensed organization, teach from them commercially, remove rights notices, or use them to build a derivative commercial course, database, toolkit or competing product.

05Credentials and badges

Do not claim a credential you have not earned, alter a verification record, use a withdrawn credential as current, modify a badge in a misleading way, or imply that a credential authorizes you to teach, certify others or represent NEO& or a partner when it does not.

06Content you provide

You remain responsible for content you submit. Do not send unlawful, defamatory, infringing, malicious or confidential material you are not permitted to share. You retain ownership of your material; you give us only the permission reasonably required to use it for the purpose for which it was provided, subject to the relevant contract and Privacy Policy.

07If this policy is breached

Our response will depend on the seriousness and circumstances of the breach. We may issue a warning, remove content, restrict access, remove a Participant from a session, suspend access while an integrity concern is reviewed, terminate a service where the applicable contract allows it, preserve relevant evidence or report suspected unlawful conduct to the appropriate authority.

Where a breach involves the materials, credentials or marks of NEO&, Strategy Dynamics Ltd or OKRmentors, the remedies set out in section 09 of our Terms of Sale apply in addition, including proceedings brought by NEO& or by the owner of the rights concerned.

Any action we take under this policy remains subject to applicable law and does not remove a mandatory consumer remedy.

08Reporting a security issue

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, please report it to business@neoand.com with enough information for us to understand the issue. Do not access or alter data unnecessarily, disrupt the service, use social engineering, or publicly disclose the vulnerability before we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate and address it.

09Reporting misuse

You can also use business@neoand.com to report suspected misuse of NEO& materials, a false credential claim or other breach of this policy.
