01About these terms

These Terms of Use apply to your use of the NEO& website and its publicly available content. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms.

Purchases are governed separately by our Terms of Sale and any other terms identified at checkout or in an engagement document.

02Permitted use

You may browse the site, download materials that we expressly make available for download, print reasonable extracts for your own reference and share links to our public pages.

Any other use of our content is subject to the intellectual-property provisions below and any license stated with the relevant material.

03Prohibited use

You must not misuse the site or attempt to interfere with its operation or security. In particular, you must not gain unauthorized access to systems or data, introduce malicious code, conduct unauthorized security testing, scrape or harvest content or personal data at scale, impersonate another person, or use the site for unlawful or fraudulent activity.

04Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the site content, layout, graphics, diagrams, code, written material and NEO& brand elements are owned by NEO& or used under license.

Strategy Dynamics material, marks and the Strategy Dynamics name belong to Strategy Dynamics Ltd and are used under an authorized license. OKRmentors material, marks and the OKRmentors name belong to OKRmentors; the OKRmentors certification programs are delivered by an accredited trainer from OKRmentors under the Expert Master Agreement. Nothing on this site grants you any right to use those methods or marks.

Copyright and related rights are protected in the UAE under Federal Decree-Law No. 38 of 2021 on Copyright and Neighbouring Rights, together with other applicable intellectual-property laws.

If you believe content on this site infringes your rights, email business@neoand.com with the relevant page and enough information for us to assess the claim.

05Information on this site

We take reasonable care with the information published on this site, but general website content is provided for information only. It is not a substitute for advice tailored to your organization or circumstances.

Program descriptions, dates and prices may change before a booking is confirmed. The terms applicable to an accepted purchase or engagement are those identified in the relevant confirmation or agreement.

06Availability and changes

We may maintain, suspend, change or withdraw parts of the site. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. This does not affect a contract already formed for a paid product or service, which is governed by the Terms of Sale or applicable signed agreement.

07Third-party links and services

Links or integrations provided by third parties are supplied for convenience. We do not control their content, security or privacy practices and do not endorse them merely by linking to them. Your use of a third-party service may be governed by that provider's own terms.

08User submissions

If you submit an inquiry, form, comment, assessment or other material, you remain responsible for it and confirm that you have the right to provide it. You grant us only the rights reasonably necessary to receive, review and use it for the purpose for which it was submitted, subject to our Privacy Policy and any applicable engagement terms.

09Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits a mandatory consumer right.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss arising solely from reliance on general website content, temporary site unavailability, or third-party websites or services that we do not control.

10Suspension and enforcement

We may restrict access to the site where reasonably necessary to protect users, systems, intellectual property or legal rights, or where these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy are materially breached. Where the issue concerns a paid service, any suspension or termination is also subject to the relevant contract and mandatory consumer rights.

11Governing law

These terms, and any non-contractual obligations connected with them, are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Subject to any mandatory forum or jurisdiction, the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates shall have jurisdiction.

12Changes

We may update these Terms of Use as the site or law changes. The date at the top identifies the current version. Changes do not retrospectively alter a separate paid contract already formed unless that contract or applicable law permits it.
